Q: I am unable to view certain pages, why?
A: In order to view the how to videos you must become a member of this website. If you are a member of the website and logged in and still unable to view the videos then you may have to update your computer’s software. The videos are encoded using standard internet Flash video and should be viewable on all computer systems.
Q: How do i pay?
We use PAYPAL as a our money processing agent.
Q: How often are new videos uploaded?
Joshua endeavors to film as many of his projects as possible and as often as possible but that is just part of the entire process of getting a video online to this website. He must then take the hours of video footage and edit the footage down to a one minute teaser and and a how to video that is under one hour, and this process takes many hours.
Q: I cannot log in?
In order to log in to this website and watch the videos you must make a payment and have created an account first. If you have don that and your account is still not active then the problem is that we did not activate your account. All we need to do is get an email from you telling us that your account is not active.
